Corporate Finance Manager

Miniclip is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to become a key member of a small, high-impact team with significant visibility across the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to M&A, investment analysis, strategic planning, and corporate development initiatives.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Support the Corporate Finance team across the end-to-end M&A and investment process, including target identification, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction execution.


• Conduct strategic research and detailed market analysis to support investment strategies, identify industry trends, and uncover growth opportunities.


• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities and support key business decisions.


• Liaise with founders, external companies, investors, financial institutions, and advisors, while developing strong internal stakeholder relationships across the business.


• Prepare high-quality investment papers, presentations, and materials for senior leadership, the Board, and Investment Committee.


• Assist in maintaining strong governance across the Group, supporting Board and Investment Committee processes.


• Collaborate with wider Finance, Commercial, and Business teams on strategic and ad-hoc projects that support Miniclip's continued growth.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Transaction Services or Deal Advisory within a leading accountancy firm

- Corporate Finance / M&A

- Corporate Development

- Investment Banking

- Private Equity or Venture Capital

• Strong analytical capabilities, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and advanced financial modelling.


• Experience assessing acquisition opportunities and supporting investment decisions.


• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing investment materials for senior stakeholders.


• High level of integrity, motivation, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluency in oral and written English.

The following are desirable, but not essential;

• Experience within technology, gaming, digital media, software, or consumer internet businesses.


• Exposure to international or cross-border M&A transactions.


• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
