Corporate Financial Adviser - Northampton - Up to £60,000 + Leading Benefits

The Opportunity:
We're supporting a highly respected, award-winning financial planning firm in Northampton as they look to expand their Corporate/Employee Benefits arm in partnership with a growing business. This is a standout opportunity for a driven adviser to lead the development of a new division within a well-established firm.

This role is ideal for someone confident advising on corporate protection and benefits, including group risk, pensions, key person cover, and shareholder protection. With a significant number of leads available and real autonomy, you'll have the tools and support to shape something long-term and successful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid background advising corporate clients on employee benefits and group risk (life, IP, CI)

• Strong understanding of technical aspects including underwriting and market updates

• Confident communicator able to build lasting relationships with employers, providers, and introducers

• Someone seeking a long-term, stable role with real scope for development
