Our client is seeking a talented individuals to join their growing South Manchester office. The firm handles a wide range of corporate insolvency cases and is known for its supportive environment, high standards, and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations

• Overseeing case progression from appointment through to closure

• Supervising and mentoring junior staff (at AM/Manager level)

• Ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

• Liaising with directors, creditors, legal representatives, and stakeholders

• Contributing to business development and internal improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate insolvency case management

• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practice

• CPI or JIEB qualification (desirable for Manager-level roles)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
