The Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to work on high-value, high-impact corporate transactions while progressing in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll:

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including M&A, restructures, and investments
• Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and internal networking
• Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Work closely with a national network of sector-leading corporate experts
• Share knowledge and contribute to best practices across the wider corporate group

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Experience leading client relationships and managing transactions
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Interest in mentoring and growing talent within a team
