An established and respected regional law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join its expanding commercial team based in Eastbourne. The firm is known for its high standards, strong client relationships, and supportive working environment.

The Role
You will advise a broad portfolio of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporates across a full spectrum of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (both share and asset deals)
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Company formations and restructuring
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Commercial contracts and transactional support

You'll enjoy autonomy in your work while also collaborating closely with experienced colleagues. The firm values initiative and commercial awareness, offering the right individual an excellent platform to further their career.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in corporate law
• Confident handling transactional work independently and as part of a team
• Solid experience in M&A, restructuring, and general corporate advisory work
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Commercially minded with a practical, solution-focused approach
