Corporate NQ 2 PQE - Boutique Commercial Firm - Quality Work

Fantastic opportunity to work for a boutique commercial practice in Cheshire and  work with a Legal 500 listed Partner and gain direct exposure to a high quality client base & caseload. 

The role is specifically to work with a Corporate Partner on his caseload of complex matters & transactions, with the goal of getting you to handle your own caseload & clients within a short period of time. You will be part of a close knit team consisting of a Partner, Senior Associate & Paralegal and will be expected to deal with M&A, corporate transactions generally, shareholder agreements, legal due diligence exercises and disclosure exercises.

Training / Supervision will be offered on a daily basis as you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a Partner. There's a real mix of high quality work that is of city quality with high value & complex deals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ - 2 Year PQE Solicitor to gain excellent training, exposure to high quality work and scope to work on your own matters with a dedicated client base.

Salary for this role is based on existing your existing package and PQE level however as a smaller firm they are able to offer extra benefits like a flexible working patterns, a pleasant work/life balance and generous holiday allowance.
