Corporate Paralegal

An entrepreneurial law firm that specialises in providing tailored legal advice to start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs are looking for a highly capable and enthusiastic Corporate Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The role will predominantly involve Corporate work, but there will be an element of CoSec and Business Development/Marketing administrative work also.

This role will be performed on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week attendance in the London office.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have exemplary academics, including a good law degree, and preferably the LPC
• Have a strong and stable career record (bare minimum 12 months, but preferably 2 years' continuous service at a top law firm)
• Have strong organisational and communicative skills (at all levels)
• Excellent IT skills
• A great work ethic
