A highly regarded law firm in Harrogate is looking to recruit a paralegal to join their established Corporate team. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis and hybrid working is available.
 
Joining a very successful Corporate team, you will provide full legal support to several solicitors on a range of matters to include acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, shareholder agreements, equity investments and other general corporate commercial cases.
