Corporate Paralegal

Are you a Corporate Paralegal with upwards of 1 years' paralegal experience on the lookout for a new role in Sheffield? Our client, a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm, are recruiting for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team, to deal with a caseload of global regulatory compliance and employee share scheme work for a wide range of well-known clients.

Requirements:

• A Corporate Paralegal with upwards of 1 years' hands on paralegal experience, who can demonstrate a strong track record of academic and professional achievement.
• Completion of the LLB/ LPC.
• Leeds based/ within commuting distance to.
• An interest in working for world leading companies.
• A keen networker, who's keen on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising some of the world's largest companies on their employee share plans, while managing global legal and compliance requirements in over 150 countries. You will work closely with a number of experienced Solicitors to:

• Research legal, tax and regulatory issues related to share schemes.
• Draft and proofread documents like plan rules and grant agreements.
• Coordinate with clients and international counsel to gather information.
• Track changes in global regulations and maintain internal resources.
• Contribute to client training materials and knowledge developments.
• Working on complex international matters from day one.
