Job Description - Corporate Policy Coordinator

Corporate Policy Coordinator

  • Part-time, Fixed-Term position until July 2026 (20 hours per week)
  • Salary: £16,884 - £17,773 per annum (pro rata)
  • Location: Beeston, Nottingham

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business to gather input and feedback, ensuring our policies meet internal standards as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a proactive approach to all compliance activities.
  • Provide support and guidance on policy-related matters to different departments, helping to foster a culture of compliance and awareness throughout the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex policy issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring all policies are thoroughly vetted and applicable.
