Corporate Receptionist - URGENT

We are recruiting for a Receptionist for a high-end finance establishment in the heart of the City.

This role is a 12-month FTC.

Only Immediately available candidates will be considered for this role.

As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will manage the front desk, handle enquiries and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
