Supporting the reporting manager to engage on these issues with governments, international organisations and NGOs. Development and reporting of security KPIs in line with Group Corporate security requirements. Recognition from Internal Functions & Businesses units of the quality of advice and consultancy provided on security issues in the areas of competence listed above. Recognition from Compliance, Internal Audit and other functions of the maintenance of the highest policy standards in the areas of competence listed above. Highly developed leadership skills, especially in an international environment. Experience of the full range of corporate security risks and mitigation strategies, processes and systems. Effective communication and influence skills, deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structure. Ability to act coolly and effectively as the leader in fast-moving and complex security operations
