Job Description - Corporate Services, Global Outsourcing Control, Vice President
Develop a strong understanding of regulatory requirements as they relate to outsourcing and how the Firm must meet those requirements. Utilizing this, maintain and improve the Firm's TPRM outsourcing framework. Partner with Business Units to ensure required procedures are followed, standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and go live deadlines are met. Provide project management oversight and support to the team, for existing and new risk related projects - including Audit Findings and current OpenPages issues. Partner with regional Stakeholders to implement requirements of regulators relating to Outsourcing and assist in the design of practical delivery models for TPPM and the Business Divisions. Collaborate with each of the regions to facilitate the delivery of TPPM objectives to ensure consistency and coordination. Participate in global and regional Third-Party Governance Committees and escalate any significant EMEA Third Party risk and resilience issues or material change and ensure these to appropriate and relevant management and governance. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Firm's Third-Party operations, industry knowledge and regulatory changes. Review and measure the Outsourcing framework / program, as well as the team's achievements against defined metrics to assess effectiveness. Management of a global team of TPPM staff. At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Experience in Third Party risk management, preferably in a management role for Banking or Financial Services organizations. 10+ years in a management role collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines. A strong understanding of Third Party and the outsourcing regulatory landscape Deep knowledge of Third-Party internal control and risk management with strong understanding of business operations Experience implementing and/or maintaining operating models for a Third-Party risk management function in global industries with a strong customer centric focus. A demonstrated ability to think strategically, to build credibility and to influence key internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional project management skills evidenced by a track record of success leading engagements or other problem-solving initiatives requiring coordination of cross-function team members with varied backgrounds and skills. Experience participating in Third Party and outsourcing risk reviews for regulatory and/or internal audit. Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to effectively interact with senior management. Ability to discern where to place efforts/actions to add the greatest value and maximum impact. High energy level, intelligence, maturity, and unquestionable integrity with a team orientation Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and shift priorities, and proactively adjust strategy and approach from new learning. Ability to work in a global team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders.
