A leading corporate services firm based in the heart of Central London is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created and urgent hire, offering an opportunity to join a high-quality and collaborative environment with a strong international client base.

The Corporate Services Manager Role:

As a Corporate Services Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of SME and OMB clients (many with international presence), overseeing service delivery across accounting, tax, VAT, company secretarial, and compliance areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and contributing to regular management meetings to help drive operational improvements
• Managing billing, utilisation targets, and cash collection across your portfolio (c.£350k)
• Reviewing accounts, VAT, and corporate tax work, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
• Supporting junior staff through performance reviews, development plans, and day-to-day supervision
• Involvement in client governance matters, including confirmation statements
• Working alongside a dedicated in-house tax expert and senior stakeholders across the business

This is a hands-on and varied role offering plenty of client contact and the chance to add value beyond pure compliance.

About You:

This role would suit someone with previous experience managing a portfolio in a corporate services or general practice setting, who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with clients, and contributing to a positive team culture.
You'll need to have:

• Strong experience across accounts, corporate tax, VAT, and general compliance
• Previous line management or supervisory experience
• A professional qualification (ACCA / ACA / equivalent)
• Confidence managing workflow, reviewing work, and engaging directly with clients
• A proactive approach to improving systems, service quality, and team development

This role is not suitable as a first step into management - they are looking for someone who is already operating confidently at this level.

Package:

• Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
• Bonus: Discretionary performance bonus + sales bonus on new clients
