Corporate Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer), 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 9822.

THE ROLE:
• This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic national Corporate team
• You will work alongside respected leaders in the field, supporting Corporate lawyers, particularly those specialising in private equity, with high-level technical input and strategic knowledge.
• Develop and maintain market-leading precedents, guidance, and resources for a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Lead and support document automation and innovation projects.
• Provide research support and answer complex legal and technical queries.
• Create and deliver legal updates and training sessions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 4 years PQE in transactional corporate law or a professional support/knowledge role.
• Private equity experience is strongly preferred.
• A genuine interest in document automation – experience is ideal, but training will be provided.
• A meticulous approach with excellent drafting and research skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation.
• Full-time or part-time working arrangements on offer.
