Join a collaborative and growing corporate law team working across two key West Midlands offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or Associate to become part of a dynamic team advising on a wide range of M&A, equity investment, reorganisation and structuring work.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with 3 corporate partners and 4 associates, advising a diverse client base on both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating legal documents related to M&A, investments and reorganisations
• Handling due diligence and producing reports for corporate transactions
• Advising on shareholder agreements, EMI schemes and corporate structuring
• Providing general corporate legal support to a variety of clients
• Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and legal research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to legal work
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong client service focus
• A genuine interest in business growth and client engagement
