Your new role

Working for a wide variety of clients, from start-ups to large national and international businesses, you will manage corporate transactions including M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work. You will play a vital role in building and strengthening key relationships whilst supporting the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

As an experienced Corporate solicitor, you will have built a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance with a strong desire to deliver a first-class service to your clients whilst being a team player.
