The Role:
My client is seeking a solicitor with approximately 6+ years' PQE, who can confidently advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
• Company formations
• Corporate restructuring projects
• Corporate finance and banking transactions
• Advising on unincorporated businesses
• Drafting joint venture and shareholder agreements
• GDPR compliance
• Partnership agreements, shareholder responsibilities, and directors’ duties

The role is full time, based at their Walsall head office, with strong agile working policies already in place.
