Simpson Judge Legal are proud to be working with a highly respected Legal 500 law firm in their search for talented Corporate M&A Solicitors (3+ PQE) to join their growing Corporate team.

This firm has a strong regional reputation and offers high-quality work across a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including M&A, restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. With continued growth and client demand, they are keen to speak to solicitors with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.

The Role:

* Working on a broad range of Corporate M&A transactions
* Acting for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and regional enterprises
* Direct client contact and a strong degree of autonomy
* Supporting senior colleagues while mentoring junior team members

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with minimum 3 years' PQE in Corporate law
