Job Title: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 4+
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60-70K DOE

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Associate to join a growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience who enjoys managing a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory. The role involves handling your own caseload of matters while also working closely with senior colleagues on complex transactions. Approximately 30% of the work has an international dimension, so experience in cross-border deals is highly desirable.

The Candidate:
We are seeking someone with a strong technical grounding in corporate law, excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset. You should be able to demonstrate sound judgement, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining accuracy. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working directly with demanding clients and possess strong negotiation and drafting skills. You will ideally have experience or familiarity with international/cross-border transactions.
