Corporate Solicitor

An ambitious and entrepreneurial Central London firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor with 5-10 years' PQE to strengthen its thriving corporate team. This opportunity would suit a motivated Corporate Solicitor looking to step into a broader role with fast progression and the freedom to shape their practice within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

This is a key strategic hire for the firm's corporate division and would suit someone coming from a leading City, West End or top-tier regional background who is now seeking greater autonomy and a clearer pathway to partnership.

You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including entrepreneurs, SMEs, investment firms, and HNW individuals on a broad spectrum of transactional work. This includes private M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring, and potentially private equity matters.

The firm has a solid foundation of corporate work and is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to both support existing transactions and play an active role in growing client relationships and cross-referrals across departments.

• 5-10 years' PQE with demonstrable corporate transactional experience
• Background in a well-regarded corporate team (City/West End/top-tier regional)
• Commercial and client-centric approach

• A following is not required, but the ability to win work is important

• Salary: £95,000 - £120,000
