The role:

Our client, based in Walsall is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. You will come into the team handling your own caseload of matters to include M&A transactions, restructures and reorganisations along with supporting and leading business development activities. The financial target will be around £150,000 – £180,000 per annum.

The person:

The corporate team is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with around 5-6 years PQE and the ability to hit the ground running on corporate MA transactions. To be considered you must be comfortable with getting involved in business development activities working under the supervision from the head of the department.
