About the Role:

* Join a collaborative and supportive Corporate team handling a broad range of transactional work including M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
* Autonomy and responsibility from day one, working directly with clients across various sectors.
* Clear pathway to Partnership for the right individual, with mentoring and strategic career support from experienced Partners.
* Opportunity to help develop and grow the Corporate offering locally.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 3 years' PQE in Corporate Law, ideally with experience in SME/owner-managed business transactions.
* Someone commercially minded, with strong communication and client-handling skills.
* A team player eager to grow within a collaborative environment, contributing to business development and client relationships.
* Interest in progressing into a leadership/Partner role in the medium term.
