Corporate Lawyer – Swindon

This opportunity is for a Junior Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm as part of the growth strategy for its Business team, based in the Swindon office.

As a Qualified Corporate Lawyer, you will handle a wide range of corporate law matters for businesses across various sectors, including IT, tech and life sciences.

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Private equity transactions
• Management buyouts (MBOs)
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures and corporate governance
• Group reorganisations and partnership agreements

You will be expected to manage your own caseload, while also assisting senior team members. The role involves business development and actively promoting the team at various opportunities.

About you:

• 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally gained in a corporate law firm
• Experience in handling complex M&A and private equity transactions
• Interest in business development and growing the firm's client base
