Corporate Solicitor

A Corporate Solicitor is needed to join a respected Scottish law firm with one of the largest corporate teams in the country. Based in Inverness or Elgin (or surrounding areas), you'll work on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructuring, and commercial contracts. The role offers strong client exposure, a collaborative environment, and the chance to develop your expertise across diverse sectors.

Description

• Advising on corporate transactions including M&A, restructurings and investments

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and governance documents

• Managing client relationships and supporting business development activity

• Working closely with colleagues across departments on cross-practice matters

• Contributing to the development of the firm's regional presence

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with at least 1 year PQE in corporate law

• Experienced in advising on M&A or other corporate matters, either in-house or in private practice

• Comfortable managing a varied workload and dealing with clients directly

• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Ideally with an interest in or connection to the Highlands or Moray (not essential)
