Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Chippenham, Wiltshire

This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, with an exceptional client base.

The Role:

You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality corporate law to include:

• Approx 70% transactional work. 30% commercial
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Share restructures
• Employee ownership trusts
• SPV/Joint ventures
• Succession planning
• Family Farming Partnerships

The department advises clients across a range of sectors, however because of its geography have many agricultural clients. You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board

What experience do you need?

• 3 PQE in corporate commercial law
• Strong background and willingness to learn - Note this team have taken lawyers from other areas of law who are keen to pivot specialisms.
• Ability to continue networking across established referrers
