•The appointed solicitor will advise clients locally, nationally and internationally across all aspects of Corporate law, including share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, restructures, shareholder agreements, investments, secured lending, and more.

•You will work on exciting, diverse transactions, including deals in the video games sector ranging from small-scale to over £100 million in value.

•Applications are open to experienced Corporate Solicitor/Partner (minimum 5 years PQE or equivalent) to join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team.

•The ideal candidate will bring strong business development skills and a proven ability to build and maintain a client following while generating new business opportunities.
