About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Corporate Solicitor to join our expanding legal team. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to work on high-value, complex transactions while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working model across our Kent and Mayfair offices.

You will advise a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to high-net-worth clients & investors, across a variety of sectors including tech, finance, healthcare, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructures
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as SPAs, investment agreements, and articles of association
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction processes from start to finish
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance
• Support clients with company formations, reorganisations, and equity investments
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in corporate law
• Proven experience in managing corporate transactions independently or as part of a team
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively across multiple offices and with a diverse client base
• Willingness to travel between Kent and Mayfair offices as needed

Desirable:

• Experience in private equity, venture capital, or cross-border transactions
• Exposure to regulated sectors such as fintech, healthcare, or energy
• Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm growth
