Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead corporate transactions: Develop fee-earning work across share/business sales and purchases
• Client relationships: Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships
• Service improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for better service delivery
• Team contribution: Collaborate in a fast-paced commercial team, using sound decision-making
• Commercial development (senior focus): Drive marketing and networking to grow the department

Requirements:
• 4-5 years’ UK PQE in corporate law
• Experience across company and corporate transactions
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management
• Calm, flexible, self-motivated, professional approach
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
