Corporate Associate Solicitor – Bristol

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Associate Solicitor to join a leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol. You’ll become part of a high-performing, supportive team that works with an impressive and diverse client base.

The firm has a commercial and entrepreneurial culture, advising a broad range of clients including major corporates, regional owner-managed businesses, start-ups, and national private equity houses.

What you’ll be doing

• Working on a wide variety of M&A and general corporate transactions across multiple sectors
• Collaborating with different Partners and teams to gain breadth and depth in your transactional experience
• Build client relationships to develop your professional network early in your career
• Gaining exposure to high-quality work across both regional, national and international clients

What experience is required

• Qualified corporate lawyer circa 1 - 4 PQE
• Experienced in corporate M&A transactions
• Collaborative and ambitious mindset, keen to make the most of the firm’s excellent training and client exposure
• Note: this is open to candidates from a range of firm backgrounds – drive and potential are key!
