Job Opportunity: Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Location: Glasgow

Overview:
A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its dynamic Corporate & Commercial team in Glasgow. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, family businesses, and large corporates, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the business lifecycle.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Proven track record in handling a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and corporate restructurings
• Experience advising clients across various sectors, such as healthcare, technology and renewable energy is desirable

Skills:

• Proficient in managing complex transactions from inception to completion
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice tailored to clients' commercial objectives
• Good interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
