An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Senior Solicitor to join a highly respected legal practice based in Birmingham. This role offers you the chance to work on a diverse range of high-profile corporate transactions, providing expert advice to an impressive portfolio of clients.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Senior Solicitor in this established Birmingham-based team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex corporate transactions from inception through to completion.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and joint ventures.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and articles of association.

• Supporting clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues across different departments.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Contributing to business development initiatives by preparing pitches, attending networking events, and supporting the growth of the corporate practice.

• Mentoring junior team members.

What you bring:

Your background as a Corporate Senior Solicitor will demonstrate your ability to handle complex transactional work while maintaining excellent standards of client care.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ post-qualification experience in corporate law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

• Proven track record of advising on complex corporate transactions.

• Excellent drafting skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines within a supportive team environment.
