With flexibility on base location and hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys varied and complex work.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll join a collaborative team advising a wide range of clients on corporate and governance matters. Work will be both advisory and deal-focused, typically including:

Acquisitions, disposals, and investment deals
Shareholder agreements and company reorganisations
Private equity and early-stage investment work
Ongoing advisory work for growth businesses and larger private companies
Opportunities to contribute to public company or listed work (if of interest)
You'll play a key role on transactions, building trusted relationships and helping businesses navigate major milestones.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to speak to solicitors who:

Have around 4+ years' experience in corporate law
Are confident managing transactional work and advising directly
Value quality service, responsiveness, and practical solutions
Want to grow in a supportive and highly regarded team environment
Enjoy working closely with clients in diverse sectors

While corporate deal experience is key, we welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds - whether your focus has been SME deals, private equity, or strategic advisory work.
