Corporate Solicitor (NQ to 3+ Years PQE)

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

The Role:

You will handle a broad range of corporate legal matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Private equity and venture capital
• Finance, restructuring and general company law matters
• Commercial agreements and terms and conditions
• Intellectual property matters

Requirements:

You will bring:

• NQ to 5+ PQE in corporate and commercial law, gained either in private practice or in-house
• A strong foundation in the relevant areas of law
• An independent and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• A passion for entrepreneurship, business and transactional work
• Proficiency in IT and social media, as well as a keen interest in marketing and business development activities
