• Advise a client base of national and international clients
• Be aligned to a particular sector – including real estate or energy
• Design and deliver bespoke acquisition and disposal programs
• M&A
• Be the go-to person for certain key clients & develop meaningful relationships with them
• Contribute to further development of the team, firm & yourself
• Get out & about and meet new and existing clients

What will you need?

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Corporate law experience
• Candidates from both large & small firms definitely considered
