As a result of recent expansion, there is now an opportunity for a NQ-3 year PQE Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team. The existing client base covers an attractive range and includes quality work from various sectors. You'll be advising in relation to all aspects of company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements etc. You will get all the support needed to help develop your career.

Your role as Corporate Solicitor will involve:

• Dealing with matters, typically transactional from SMEs, larger listed firms and those due to go public including M&A
• You will be advising on top quality work in a very well regarded Legal 500 recommended team
• Autonomy in how your practice is run and developed
