Senior Corporate Solicitor | 5+ PQE

Worcester | Hybrid Working | £60,000–£70,000+ DOE (Negotiable)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.

GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong corporate background who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their career and play an important role within a growing team.

The Role:

* Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.

* Managing a varied and interesting caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

* Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.

* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

* Supporting the development of junior members of the team.

* Taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as part of the role.

* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department.

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.

* Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.

* Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.

* Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.

* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.

* Someone who is ambitious and keen to take the next step in their career.

What's on offer?

* £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience

* There is flexibility to go beyond £70,000 for the right individual, particularly where they can demonstrate an established client following, strong network or ability to generate their own work.
