Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (2 to 5 PQE) Top 100 Firm
Location: Southampton | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 base DOE

A fantastic opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to join a collaborative and highly respected corporate & commercial team based in Southampton. This role offers real variety and responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives outside of rigid hierarchies and wants to play an active role in client relationships and commercial thinking.

The Role You’ll support a diverse client base, including founders, SMEs, and tech sector entrepreneurs, on a wide mix of corporate and commercial matters. Key areas include:
• M&A transactions
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Fundraising and investment rounds
• Commercial contracts and strategic advisory work

This is a role for someone comfortable thinking independently, adapting to client needs, and contributing to a dynamic team that values input and initiative.

What We're Looking For • 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
• Confident advising clients and managing projects
• A collaborative, curious mindset, someone who thinks commercially
