Corporate Associate – 3-5PQE – Bournemouth

I’m working with a well-established, reputable Bournemouth based law firm, looking to speak with an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

Ideally, you will have 3-5 years’ PQE, and a strong background in corporate law, with additional experience in commercial law being highly desirable. The vacancy has come about due to continuous growth, with the team having just taken on an NQ.

You will be working on non-contentious corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, and business reorganisations (often within the context of private client tax planning). It will be a range of mainstream corporate and commercial matters. The matters range in value, from £100K to £12M, and links to the entertainment sector and coastal businesses.
