Corporate Solicitor

Job DescriptionCorporate: Two Roles (2-3 & 5-6 PQE), LondonMy client is looking to hire two solicitors, one at the 2-3 years PQE level and the other at the 5-6 PQE level, to work in the Corporate Group. This will involve a broad and varied range of Corporate work for clients which are mainly in the media, technology, entertainment and communications industries. The team acts for corporates (both private and public), entrepreneurs, intermediaries, investors and owner-managers in these industries (particularly technology, TV, radio, interactive entertainment, music, theatre and digital media).The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, a good training and hands-on transactional Corporate experience. They will be ambitious and will be keen to take on responsibility, as the work will involve a mix of a relatively high degree of responsibility for smaller transactions and working as a senior member of a team on larger ones.As well as good technical skills, the successful candidate will be keen to contribute to the business development and to the growth of the Group.The successful candidate can expect to work with all of the partners within the group.
