Corporate Associate Solicitor (3+ Year PQE)
Location – Manchester
Salary up to £80,000 DOE
Hybrid Working Offered

Are you an experienced Corporate 3+ PQE Solicitor? We are currently looking for an experienced Solicitor with exposure within the corporate sector. This position will be working alongside a highly experienced Corporate Team, offering flexibility and fantastic progression and training.

The Role will include;

Working in a high value and high-quality workload of complex corporate law matters.
You will typically handle a range of work that includes but is not limited to; corporate finance and governance; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; re-organisations; venture capital; private equity and capital markets.
will be advising a variety of large corporate clients, resulting in a high value and high-quality workload of complex corporate law matters.

The ideal Corporate candidate will:

3+ Years within Corporate law.
Exposure to high quality corporate work.
