Our client, a reputable City law firm, is seeking a NQ -1PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role and responsibilities:

As a Corporate Solicitor in the team, you will handle a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including:

Mergers and Acquisitions:

Advising on and managing mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
Corporate Finance:

Providing expertise in financial structuring and funding.
Venture Capital and Private Equity Deals:

Assisting in high-value investments and funding rounds.
Corporate Group Reorganisations:

Supporting complex reorganisations and restructurings.
Joint Ventures and Shareholders' Agreements:

Drafting and negotiating key agreements.
Impact Investing:

Engaging in cross-border transactions, particularly in the Global South, focusing on sectors like healthcare, climate change, and education technology.

You will work closely with the Corporate Partners and Head of Development Finance, gaining significant client contact from the outset. This role will encourage you to pursue your personal interests within your practice, develop your network, and enhance your client management skills.

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a NQ-1 PQE UK-qualified solicitor with an interest in ESG, DEI and Charities.
