Corporate Partner or Legal Director – Birmingham – Legal 150 Law Firm – Hybrid Working

An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Legal 150-recognized Corporate team based in Birmingham. Our client seeks a Corporate Partner or Legal Director with a robust background in Corporate matters to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding area.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience managing a varied caseload of corporate legal matters, including:

Private company share and asset purchases
Management buy-outs and buy-ins
Shareholder and investment agreements
Share schemes
General corporate governance
Company secretarial work

The Role:

Collaborate closely with equity directors and junior staff on various corporate matters.
Lead transactions, negotiate, and advise clients on diverse issues, such as share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements, and various commercial contracts.
Manage your own client portfolio with the support of directors and junior staff, and attract new clients through internal and external networking and marketing.
Oversee and assist with training and development responsibilities for junior staff members.

£90,000 - £150,000
