Corporate Solicitor - Boutique Law Firm - London (Permanent)

We are working in partnership with a boutique law firm based in London’s West End, which is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work on complex corporate real estate transactions and provide support to the banking team. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a broad range of high-quality work, including:

• Property investment and development
• Joint ventures
• Shareholder relations
• Equity structures
• Debt finance

This role is office-based, with attendance required at the firm’s West End location.

Newly qualified solicitors, as well as those with up to 3 years’PQE, are encouraged to apply.
