Exciting new opening with a top regional practice. The are seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join their Hull office.

The suitable candidate will take on an active caseload of matters to include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and reorganisations. Your clients will be regional and national companies who have a variety of demands. You will be 5 year pqe or over and have plans for promotion. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the East Yorkshire business scene and be a solid fee earner and mentor.
