I'm really excited to be working with this long standing and highly regarded multi service in the heart of Leeds with their recruitment plans. Due to expansion within their Corporate team, the firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor, ideally NQ-2 years and applications will also be considered from current trainees (who are doing or have completed a corporate seat) and will be qualifying within the next 3 months.

This well established team covers a wide range or corporate matters across everything you'd expect ie mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate sales, joint ventures, banking, finance and corporate advisory.
