The Role:
A prominent, market-leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their successful team in the heart of Sheffield city centre. This forward-thinking firm advises major clients across sectors including technology, financial services, and real estate.

You'll be part of a dynamic corporate team delivering commercial, innovative, and pragmatic legal solutions to high-profile clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructures, and general corporate advisory matters.
The firm is known for nurturing talent and offers genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and restructures
• Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation such as SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and investment documents
• Acting for a broad client base from start-ups to PLCs and international organisations
• Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
• Supporting the wider corporate team in business development and client care

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in transactional corporate/commercial matters
• Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients
• A team player who is also capable of working independently
• Keen to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility
