A leading regional firm with a national client base is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its respected corporate practice in Reading. The Role: You will work on a wide range of matters including:

• M&A, joint ventures, and group restructures
  
  
• Private equity and investment transactions
  
  
• Shareholder agreements and corporate governance
  
  
• Commercial contracts and general advisory work
  
  
• Working closely with partners and supporting the development of junior lawyers
  
  

Clients range from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to national companies and high-growth start-ups across a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, and professional services.

About You

• 4+ years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate law
  
  
• Excellent technical and commercial judgement
  
  
• Able to manage transactions from instruction to completion
  
  
• Confident client manner and collaborative approach
  
  
• Interest in business development and long-term career growth
