We are seeking applications from commercial/corporate solicitors for our client in West Yorkshire. You will be in the region of 3-5 years pqe and have experience in acting on mid sized corporate transactions for regional and national clients.

You may cover business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, joint ventures, MBO's, shareholder arrangements and company restructuring.
