Corporate Solicitor/Associate – Dundee

Our client is a firm which advises a wide range of Scottish, UK and International clients and it is seeking an experience Corporate Lawyer (3+ Years' PQE) to join its Corporate team in Dundee.

In this position, you will experience a wide variety of high-quality transactions in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures.

You will have:

• 3+ Years' PQE in Transactional Corporate law
• An ability to display commercial awareness, motivated by understanding the business models of clients and how to contribute to their success
• An excellent attention to detail, combined with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
